1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Cyvra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Reg. No. 2025-001810313), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, operating as Servitro ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information. It covers servitro.com, the client area at my.servitro.com, the control panel at platform.servitro.com, and our hosting services (the "Services"). We are the controller of the personal information described here.
This policy does not cover the data you store or process on your own server (Client Data). You are responsible for that data. We handle it only as needed to provide the Services, as described in our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
a. Account and contact information: name, email address, postal address, phone number (if given), company name, and your password, which is stored in hashed form.
b. Billing information: orders, invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments by Heleket. We do not receive or store your full card number. We only receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the amount, the transaction ID, and the card brand or wallet address.
c. Service and technical information: the IP addresses you log in from; information about your Services, such as assigned IP addresses, resource and traffic usage, and actions taken in the control panel; and logs needed for security and abuse handling.
d. Support communications: tickets, emails and attachments you send us.
e. Website information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected in server and network logs, including those of our website security and delivery provider, Cloudflare.
f. Verification and fraud prevention: information needed to verify an order or your identity when we ask for it.
3. Cookies
We use only cookies that are necessary for the website and client area to work: login session, security and fraud protection. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the client area may not work without them. Because we do not track you across other websites, we do not change our practices in response to "Do Not Track" signals.

5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:
- Payment providers: Stripe (privacy policy) and Heleket (privacy policy), to process your payments.
- Infrastructure providers: data centre, network and IP address providers in Germany, and Cloudflare for our website. They receive only the information needed to run the network and handle abuse reports.
- Service providers who help us operate our business, such as email delivery and support tools, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities and others where required by law: in response to valid legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, our customers or the public, or to investigate abuse or fraud.
- A successor business: if all or part of our business is merged, acquired or sold.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our servers are in Germany. Our providers may be located in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States, the European Union and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
- Account and contact information: kept while your Account is open, and afterwards as long as needed for the purposes below.
- Billing and tax records: kept for up to 7 years after the transaction.
- Support tickets: kept while your Account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up questions or disputes.
- Server data: deleted when the Service is terminated. Internal disaster-recovery copies may exist for a limited time before they are overwritten.
- Security and abuse logs: kept for a limited period, unless they are needed for an ongoing investigation.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and hashed passwords. No system is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including Wyoming's data breach notification law (Wyo. Stat. § 40-12-501 et seq.) and, where it applies, the GDPR.
9. Your rights
- Everyone: you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it (except where we must keep it by law, for example invoices), or close your Account.
- EEA and UK residents: you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- US residents: depending on the state you live in, you may have rights to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
To make a request, email support@servitro.com from the email address on your Account. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
10. Third-party links
Our website links to other websites, including our payment providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.
11. Children
Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we notify you by email or in the client area.
